Welcome to MealVivid (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mealvivid.com (the “Site”), including any recipes, articles, newsletter sign-up forms, contact features, and other content made available through the Site.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
MealVivid is a personal food blog focused on recipes and related food content for a United States audience. The Site is intended for general informational and entertainment purposes only and does not operate as an online store, membership platform, or affiliate website.
Use of the Site

MealVivid provides recipes and related food content for informational purposes. You may use the recipes for your own personal cooking and household use. However, you may not copy our recipes, photographs, or written content and present them as your own, whether on another website, social media platform, printed material, or any other medium.
If you share a MealVivid recipe or article, we ask that you provide clear credit and link back to the original page on the Site. Direct copying of full recipes or full articles is not permitted without written authorization.
User Responsibilities
When using the Site, you agree to provide accurate information where requested, including when subscribing to our newsletter or contacting us through the contact page. You are responsible for any information you submit and for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with applicable laws.

No Affiliate Relationships
MealVivid does not currently use affiliate links, affiliate programs, or sponsored product promotions on the Site. We do not receive commissions from product links on the Site because we do not operate affiliate services at this time.
If our business model changes in the future, we may update these Terms and related disclosures to reflect those changes.
No Sales or Checkout Services
MealVivid does not currently sell products or services through the Site, and the Site does not include a checkout system, customer account portal, or payment processing feature. Any future sale of digital or physical products, if introduced, will be governed by additional terms or policies as appropriate.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MealVivid disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MealVivid and its owners, contributors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, personal injury, food preparation issues, allergic reactions, or any other harm resulting from your reliance on Site content or your use of any recipe or suggestion posted on the Site.
If, despite the other provisions of these Terms, MealVivid is found liable for any claim related to the Site, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the Site during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Because the Site is currently free to access, this amount will generally be zero to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MealVivid and its owners, contributors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:
